Supported Serenity is based in Hoffman Estates, and supports families throughout Chicagoland, including Chicago, North Suburbs, and West Suburbs.

Christa is a certified Birth and Bereavement Doula, as well as a mother of three.
I had a doula for my first birth in 2017, and started to become really interested in birth and everything that comes with it.
All three of my births were very different, and each one opened my eyes a bit more to the gaps in the maternal health system. After having my two boys in 2020, (one in January and the other in November) I knew it was time for me to follow my calling.
I've gained a ton of experience working as an on-call doula for a midwife group and have attended many workshops and additional trainings to further my knowledge in all things birth. I'm currently completing my training to become a Certified Lactation Educator and am a Placenta Specialist.
I am a very adaptable, non-judgmental, highly empathetic person who truly cares about each and every one of my clients.
I offer evidence-based information to my clients and support them in their choices 100%. It doesn't matter to me if you want to get an epidural or not, or if you plan on giving birth in a hospital or not. What matters to me is that you feel seen, heard, and respected throughout your pregnancy and birth
